Weekly Tournament Discussion Thread

Discuss anything having to do with the Weekly tournaments here. Discuss the upcoming or last Weekly. Suggestion changes to the rules and the Admins/Mods will see what they can do about it. Discuss opponents (nothing mean or hurtful. <_<). Anything that has to do with the Weeklies can be said or discussed about here.

i say we should have two biweeklies but they occur on different weeks

i say we should have party tournies which is a more casual items and any stage but no smash points and then we have the competitive tournies

because i mean sometimes i just wanna play as anybody with items on shadow moses or some game changing stage if you know what i mean

and then there are the one char no item neutral stages which are strictly competitive so i mean if anyboyd hears me out

Well, the Weekly Tournaments are suppose to be competitive. If you want to hold a fun tournament then just ask one of the Admins and we will negociate with you.

I know how you feel. It sucks to play competitively all the time. It would be great if you hosted tournaments with unique rules though.

you mean that thing i tried doing and noone wants to join because its too complicated and then when i switch it to a smashball only tounry still noone joins?

then why were you reffering to it it failed because noone likes the items and on top of that because i was hosting. dont lie those were the reasons you decided not to join.

and if you were to have come up with the idea youd be a genius and such....so why dont you host a tourny with the exact same rules i bet you everybody would join up.

Sorry, but I'm not shallow. I have repeated this millions of times before. I am not availible on Saturday sometimes and I didn't join your Tournament because I would not be able to make it. I can't even make it to movie nights since they are held on Friday nights . I have nothing against you it that is what you are thinking.

And I never mention your tournament failing until you brought it up.

the tournament hasnt even failed yet because i pushed it back and now i need to push it back again because i cant hold the tourny on the 15th.

so then why would you tell me to host a tourny if you think mines failed?

Listen Kingdom, I don't know why you always have this hostility again me. I just kindly suggested that if anyone wanted to host a fun tourney around here then they have to ask one of the Admins. That's all I said. I don't know why you are getting so worked up about this.

So do we ever have tournaments that aren't held on Sundays? Sundays don't work for me...

This weeks Weekly will be held on the 29th (Saturday). We won't be able to do Saturday weeklies a lot but once in a while I can be flexible and be here on Saturday.

Can we have Saturday tournament more often? we've only have one... Sunday's are the worst day for me.

Last time we had a Saturday weekly, it failed and only 2 people showed up out of 8.
