Only 2 Characters throughout the entire Tournament
No Spectator needed (unless asked for one)
You have a 2 minute time limit to get to the chat for your match. If not present you will be ELIMINATED.
If the lag is too bad, and both players agree, you may try to switch opponents, however this will be very situational and will not always be an option. This is only for unplayable lag.. not just normal lag.
