New Look #2

Thomas Edison failed countless times before he was successful in creating a working light bulb. The site's look is always a work in progress. The current look is our second attempt. Post what you think about it, and remember, don't hold back .

I like the picture. Not a fan of the font for the forum/faq ETC below it though, and maybe a different color would work better.

I don't like all the green. Well at least not that shade of green. I don't think Bowser should be the icon of the underground since smashboards have their icon as Bowser. The gray is good though.

It's better than last time but I kinda don't like the pipe and Bowser theme...sorry if I sound like a jerk or something, just trying to help

The Bowser Smashboards uses is a totally different model and is in a completely different pose. I figured Bowser would be the one to represent an underground, since in his games his castles and lairs are dark and "Underground-y". He's also pretty badass . Countless sites use Mario, so I really didn't want to use him.

I can't seem to put in a pictured background that can adjust to different screen and window sizes. As many of you noticed with the pipes of the last look, members will be seeing (and missing) different pieces of the background.

Ok, I've slept with the idea of me waking up this morning and like this banner..... and now It seems pretty cool! I still don't like the shade of green.

I miss my banner x.x

Anyways, I just think we should have some kind of background... plain gray is boring. Try your best, guru.

Well... the term underground isnt meaning teeming with life. Its supposed to be kinda damp, dreary, and lifeless, mostly.

we could still have like a picture of a cave or something for the background... I'd be satisfied with anything that wasnt a plain color.
