Honestly, I've come to not really mind top-teirs. I used to hate Snake with a passion, but now I realize that he actually takes quite a bit of skill and strategy to play after using him a bit myself. The same goes for the other high teirs, like Rob and G&W.

However, I'm still 100% behind the ban on Knight. Unlike Snake, I've found that he requires little skill to use effectively... he's basically a "spam till they die" character, and I've also found that that strategy works most of the time due to his speed and incredible moveset. I can button mash with my nooby little Knight, and beat someone who's actually pretty good with like, say, Lucario. (not to mention most of the heavies) If there's a broken character in Brawl, then it's definitely him. But that's just my opinion, I'm not trying to go after anybody for using him.

...Maybe I should Get bowser actually my main(Instead of MK), not just under-practice-for-gym...That would also make up my mind who to main...

But but but.... I like being the only Bowser main around here. XD

Well, I'm 100% behind the MK ban too, but there are indeed a few people who are skillfull with them, and more power to them.

The only way high tiers piss me off (besides Falco, whose moveset and voice acting just pisses me off... And MK (hypocrite much? XD))
Is if they choose the high tier just because they think they'll pwn and win because they're high.

You should choose a char for at least 1 of 3 reasons:

1.) You love their game.
2.) You like playing with them.
3.) You need a secondary that's different from your main but still fun XD

I hate MK so much <_< but i wouldn't ban him at tourneys ._. i just hate the spamming MKs, because MK can stop a single falcon punch with just a tap <.< . Plus his move set completely annihilates more than half the roster

I cannot say much about tiers.First,I never believed in them and second,the first time I watched somehing about tiers,I found out what a wavedash is.I always loved playing Melee (means Dr.Mario vs my brothers Falco,neutral dodge and smash attack,till somebody gets hit)how it is.I may start to sound cocky now but I always believed that I am one of the best Melee-players in the world.After I watched few Melee Youtube-videos,there was some video called "Advanced SSBB-tricks",I watched it,and I never was in the mood to play Melee again.It was more like glitches to me.

Today,I was able to play Melee and did wavedashes with Luigi.lolwut.And for some reason,I cannot handle Dr.Mario anymore but Fox and Falco. Aka top tier.
To Metaknight,yeah he´s maybe a kind-of 1337-character,but doesn´t deserve a ban from tournies.He is beatable.Objectiles,like Wolf´s laser or Pikachu´s B can easily make him mess up.To make myself clear "Tier lists" aren´t officially made by Nintendo so I don´t have to believe in it (OMG Fox´s moves are so ownage in SSBM!!!1). But MK can be pretty unbeatable at laggy WiFi-games.

anyways i dont believe there is any reason to ban mk. people who have deciated their time and trust me mk takes some skill will feel bad about this decision and i for one know how to counter mks i mean me and petro have some fun games his mk my link and were about even

now, I don't really care about tiers I just play and go against any characters. I don't even remember 80% of the tier list lol.

How the **** are low tiers cheap? I stopped Using R.O.B Because he was top tier. I never liked using top tiers because it is what everyone else does. So I now main Sheik and Mario, They are fun to play as and they were in some amazing games and thats why I like them. I voted that Top Tiers are cheap.

I just use character that feel "normal/easy" for me...MK was was one of them But yeah, I dont care about tiers that much...It's just a list of characters that shows which has won most tournies
