Since this has been suggested multiple times, and we need more advertizing... and Kingdom left... and I like the idea, I want us to get started on getting an awesome combo video going.

Taz has volunteered to edit the clips and combine them into a movie, but he needs your clips!

Don't give them to him yet, but I want everyone to brawl as much as possible and save as many replays as possible. When the time comes, you have to send two, and only two of your best replays.

Until zach, or someone else with a capture card volunteers to get the clips from these replays, we can't really make a combo video.

So.. please guys? XD

But this will be great fun and help us all get noticed by the general smash community, and hopefully get us more members.

This wasn't really a E.T event, it's forum-wide, but I figured this would be the best place to put it.

Doesn't have to be. You can have one alt replay and one main, or both main or both alts, though you should prolly have at least 1 good main replay.

what is taz going to use to edit these replays, windows movie maker?
because imo that would just be bad.
and i uh kind of have adobe after effects cs4 and sony vegas 9. which would be better at making a video.
and the only problem for me is that i gave my most epic clip for the fatal five combo vid.

No problem in using one of them, then adding a new one, if you can somehow get another epic replay by ____ date. PM Taz to figure out what he's using. Sony Vegas 9 is the best program IMO, but if Taz has that too just let him make it.

I will set the date for everyone to have their replays...

It will be January 20th. That's more than enough time.

*sigh* through the floor? As in he didn't die, he just got smashed to the floor of the stage? Or was it a real spike? If it was, fine <.<

But I expected you guys to have something better than that after all that time you've had brawl. But it is your choice for your 2 replays...

Like I hit him, and normally he would land on the floor but instead he rocketed through it and died, it was like in the middle of the stage, it was also on the Mario sunshine level and yea, As for the other replay, I'm working on it.

Well...

#1: Lucky sap.

#2: I don't know if any1 can really be the music director, because the person who is editing the movie has to sync the music and replay together, not just add the music. What we want is some good music with defined beats or parts.

Techno music actually works rather well here... but music with lyrics also works really well, after looking at Wii Trooper's combo video.

zach also has a combo card, but if you REALLY want to do it... .__.

Trust me Zeph, I am good when it comes to music, also I found an Amazing Megaman 2 remix called "Stainless Steel" that might work for us depending on the size of the video.

True, that does sound really good for that. We should use it.

Plaid, I wouldn't use it, regardless of how epic it looks. Regardless of whether he looks bad or not, we know he's the brawler equivalent of Brawling Pikachu (uber nub, no offense) and of course you pulled off an epic combo... it's easy to do that on an easy opponent, it's epic to do one when you're facing someone hard.

I'll help you get some good replays. And don't think it's hard to get an epic combo on someone good. I need to give you this epic kill I got on that f5 member, near.

I didn't say he couldn't, zach... Sorry for portraying myself as bossy. .__.

And duh whoever gets the clips edits them... but who is going to do that? It's great that Jaguar can get a capture card but do you have a good editing program? Because zach has a really good one.

We could take more time and just transfer the files Jaguar gets to zach somehow... idk.
