Need Help Empty Need Help

Hey guys...ok so earlier 2day i made a Forum. everything turned out great exccept one thing....PEOPLE CANT REGISTER!!! I questioned this till my friend also couldn't join so i checked into this. i logged out and clicked on the Register tab and guess wat i found! NOTHING ABSOLUTLY NOTHING!!! I didn't find the register box, jus a blank in a middle...So i ask you my fellow members...can you please help me??? i want to make this badly and i barely have an idea of wat im doing its my 1st forum
